Do you offer gift cards, and how can I purchase them?

You can purchase gift cards in predetermined amounts or you can message us to purchase a giftcard for a custom amount.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We're sorry to hear that your item(s) didn’t quite meet your expectations. At The Ivy Boutique, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is nothing short of exceptional. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're here to assist you accordingly. Please review our requirements and procedures below:

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Please see our terms and policies below for returns for store credit and exchanges.

• Store Credit: Eligible for non-final sale or non-discounted items when postmarked within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, we regretfully cannot offer store credit or exchanges.

• Size Exchange: Once we receive your return in-store, we'll promptly process and ship your requested size exchange at no extra charge. Please fill out our return form indicating your preferred size exchange and include it in the package. Note: Your selected size isn't reserved until the exchange process is finalized. If the requested size is unavailable, you'll receive store credit equivalent to the purchase amount, sent to the email provided during checkout.

• Sale/Discount Items: All sale items and those purchased with any percentage discount code are considered FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for store credit or size exchanges. Any returned final sale items will be marked return to sender and may incur additional shipping costs.

The Following Items DO NOT Qualify For Any Return:

• Sale/discount items
• Doorbusters/Markdown Monday items
• Flutter Lashes & Magnetic lashes
• Jewelry
• Sunglasses
• Intimates (e.g., bralettes)
• Bodysuits
• Hats

Sending Back Returns:

• For online purchases, customers are responsible for returning items to the store or covering shipping fees to mail them back. To initiate your return or exchange, please email shoppetheivy@gmail.com indicating your request. We'll send you the return form for completion and inclusion with your return.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain the original tags. They should be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stains/contaminants. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the items being returned to you at your expense.

• Swimsuits must have the lining still attached.

• We strongly advise keeping your return tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Tracking also helps you monitor the return's progress. We do not send notifications upon receipt of returns in our warehouse.

Processing Time For Returns:

• Please allow 3-7 business days for processing once received in our warehouse.

• Once processed, you'll receive an email confirming the completion of your return or exchange.

**We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above.

Do you offer shipping or local pickup options?

We currently offer local delivery & shoppe pick up for Modesto, Escalon, Riverbank & Oakdale. Stay Tuned for when we start shipping nationally.
